In July, Tiare traveled to Las Vegas to compete in the most prestigious youth development program of its kind, the International Cinderella Scholarship Pageant! And she was crowned the 2009 International Cinderella Miss!
Tiare is from Spanish Fork, Utah and she is 13 years old! We are SO PROUD of Tiare! She is an amazing girl, and we are very blessed to call her a Utah Cinderella sister!!! CONGRATULATIONS TIARE!!!
